343i you have NO IDEA how much I was hoping for this. As a speed runner, this is huge!
However, I HAVE to ask, why is the scoring, medals, and points dialogue in all different sections of the HUD?
It seems a little overkill and cluttered in my opinion. I’d rather have the medals and points right above the scoring widget, with the medals more condensed.
Design choice. Probably for aesthetics. I’m sure it’s been player tested enough to ensure it won’t mess with your gameplay. May just take some getting used to.

True. One guy on youtube also told me that by keeping it in different areas it actually decreases clutter and increases situational awareness by avoiding any blind spots. This actually makes lots of sense!
It actually makes the odd placement of the multiplayer medals more understandable as well. By having the medals with no text and so spread out, it actually allows for LESS clutter since those gaps between the medals allow the player to see what’s going on.
Wonder if theyll have multiplayer leaderboards too.
