Campaign Issues

I have recently just played and completed the campaign main missions. I have taken this long as I have stopped and been collecting items in the open world to try and get 100% with all collectibles and objectives. The campaign has gone fine for me until about halfway through, then over the last few missions the game became so buggy and glitchy. I was using the grapple super punch a lot and multiple times through the 2nd half of the campaign this would actually cause me to slam through the map environment and get stuck under the floors and behind walls. There was no “reload last checkpoint” option in the menu so I had to quot the game altogether and then start the campaign up again several times and lost a significant amount of time and progress through the story and I think this should very fixed as this was a nightmare and the game shouldn’t be breaking by using arguably the most used feature in the game. Also, I have been collecting skulls and I have unfortunately missed one, I was later informed by a friend that there is a skull in the last mission of the campaign, however when I press the back button and look at the mission on the Tacmap, the mission shows now collectible skull under it (like every other mission in the campaign does). Because of this and the fact that you (for some stupid reason) haven’t implemented anything to load up specific previous missions, I now have to re-do the entire campaign missions again just for the one skull at the end because you failed to notify in the menu there is one in the final level, and because I simply cannot load up the final level again and collect this. These should be features that the game should launch with as a basic standard feature. Why aren’t these things we can do in the game. Please fix the glitching through the walls issue and please add the ability to load previous missions. Also, please add a notification on the last mission to show there is in fact a collectible item there. Its like you have purposely tried to annoy players by having no ability to replay a mission and purposely not advised of a skull available in a mission. I did not know I was on the last mission and figured it could have been in a future one, and then when I got the achievements for completing it i was so annoyed with this.
