This is an issue with a digital version of the game. Every time I reach the elevator to meet Cortana, my audio becomes incredibly desynced, followed by my game freezing entirely. Obviously this requires me to restart my xbox afterwards. I’ve tried everything I can think of: Clearing my cache, restarting the level, deleting and reinstalling the game, hard reset of xbox. Is there a fix for this, and if not, how do I go about getting a refund for my broken game?
Could be difficult but try to get a physical version, I have the digital version and don’t have that problem, so if your xbox isnt the problem try to get the physical.
I’m not buying the game a second time just for the chance that it might work. If there isn’t a workaround for the digital version, I won’t continue supporting this company.
