I have a physical copy of halo5. I cannot play past the first mission as the game freezes and causes my xbox to restart during the cutscenes. The cutscenes are having trouble loading and are freezing at differen points and not being consistant. So far that is my only issue, multi player looks and plays great, cant wait for Forge and Infection! Thanks

ive not been able to play my caimpaign since midnight launch 343 aren’t going to fix this issue, ive been reading posts everyday on the forums and basically every post boils down to the same thing someone says ill reinstall the game and let you know if it fixed it which BTW it doesn’t i tried. ive seen 4 posts where people have gone out and bought a new xbox to fix it, not even factory reset fixed the issue. so yeah 343 WILL NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM ive posted 8 times about the fact my campaign has been unplayable since midnight launch and not single bit of help. they got my money that it now they dont care if your games broke
I’m having the same issue, the game crashes during the last mdama Locke cutscene in thr 1st mission which causes my xbone to reset. MP runs fine as I can play war zone and arena without any issues. I tired uninstall reinstalling but that doesn’t work. Hopefully since a lot of us are having this issue 343i fixes it soon
