I really believe that Halo 5 wo have a campaign expansion this year.
This will benefit them in many ways.
- Obviousy, fix serious campaign issues. These include no theater, xp and rp, scoring, commendations, unlocks for legendary, matchmaking for coop, etc. - New life to the campaign. Having an expansion wil help fresh out more of the story and potential allow us to have more playtime as chief or maybe even Arbiter. - Draw people back to multiplayer. Halo doesn’t release every year so having an expansion would allow them to remarket the game and show off how much more compete it is than when it was originally released. Basically campaign expansions will become the New Yearly refresh for Halo in between major releases.
I would enjoy more campaign. Hope you are right.

I agree with this completely. Halo 5’s story was very disappointing and its ending didn’t help. It was all about Spartan Lock and Osiris and not enough about Chief and Blue Team. Lock will never be accepted as the face of Halo. It’s been Chief and it will always be Chief. With Halo 5 we also had the chance to get to know more about the few surviving Spartan II’s whom we have read about in the books but never had the chance to really play as. Linda, Kelly and Fred felt more like tertiary characters and not the main characters they could and should have been. They were just sort of…there. They didn’t contribute anything to the game other than bots to command. We wanted to see more emotion between them and the Chief. Even more it would have been good to see some more interaction between Blue Team and Dr. Halsey. I’m sure Chief has some choice words for the good Doctor and the fans would love to hear them.
All in all, an expansion to flesh out the story of Halo 5, and also tie up all of the gaps left from Halo 4, would help to repair Halo’s reputation which has been sullied as of late.
A blue team expansion in particular would be amazing! Perhaps solo missions where you play as one member of blue team at a time.
id love a DLC campaign where you play as the arbiter and you battle jul man doma sorry if I spelt his name wrong he’s the elite who was killed in the first mission and it takes place before halo 5 and yea that would be amazing id pay no more than €15 for it 
The new community update includes an artwork at the beginning. Open that link in a new tab and read the URL. “Do not decode this Halo 5 teaser” it says… so yeah, possible 
Some kind of campaing for arbiter to detail more of his civil war perhaps? Hell may even be some incentive to give us some kind of playable elites again.

The campaign isn’t that exciting in H5.
I would so be down for a Halo 5 Campaign expansion, I loved ODST and that went over well for the most part with the community, a lot of people didnt like that MS priced it as a full game.

They never priced it as a full game. When it came out it was $40.00.

I would love a campaign expansion. And please please please bring back campaign scoring. It adds replayability to the campaign. Sadly though it seems im the only one ever asking for it.
Yes, for the love of god, give us an extra like 8 missions and make it free
add a few missions in the beginning where you play a mission as Chief and then as Locke almost catching him, making it more like a hunt and add a mission where you play as the arbiter, possibly a mission leading to the point where Locke first meets him and at the end of that mission you hear Locke’s team fire and then play that Locke mission
On the one hand, a CAMPAIGN EXPANSION!!!. On the other more of 343’s terrible drivel.
I would love if they released like a 30 or 40$ expansion along the lines of odst and gave us a side story and like 5 arena maps and maybe some warZone maps.
Maybe be call it halo 5 year 2 kinda like destiny
