Campaign DLC

If there is DLC for Halo infinite which there probably will be I hope there is DLC not just multiplayer but also campaign and when I say DLC I mean weapon’s, vehicles, levels, and characters

I wouldn’t say no to having a Fireteam Osiris or Blue Team, sort of Campaign DLC.
Some good potential right there.

I hope there is some Alpha Nine DLC.

Based on how 343i handled Halo 5’s post launch content, it wouldn’t surprise me. Even looking at how Halo MCC has been handled would indicate that they are able to add in weapons, skins, etc. I can’t imagine adding in more campaign content but that’s only because there really hasn’t been post launch campaign DLC in the past. This campaign being open world could mean that it is possible, but I’m not sure what Campaign DLC would consist of for Infinite.

I think DLC is probably the wrong word here. If the sounds about Infinite being a 10+ year platform for the franchise going forwards then I think inevitably there’s likely to be Free and/or Freemium Title Update style content funded mostly via GamePass probably - especially on the MP side. Even for the story, though, if they’re not planning side-games, the franchise can’t stagnate for 10 years with no story progression so whether it’s additional missions or stories like Spartan Ops I think there’ll be something.

Interesting. I might be slightly out of the loop, but where did they say this was going to be a ten year game?

I want to say it was around the summer update just before they pushed the release back from Fall 20? The defining phrase I remember was Halo Infinite is a content platform for the franchise going forward type thing.

Indeed. Fireteam Osiris would’ve been amazing if it would’ve just been limited to an ODST-style side story, not a full-on Master Chief replacement

The Flood returns and Fireteam Osiris is tasked with investigating it.

More weapons what else do you need

I could see side stories it’s a possibility for DLC you can have 4 or 5 missions is fireteam Osiris maybe some missions as the Arbiter just as long as the number of missions that the side characters have not overshadow how many-levels we have to play as Master Chief

WARNING…WARNING SHADOWS OF REACH SPOILERS COMING UP WARNING…WARNING

I would like a DLC where you played as a keeper of the one freedom on reach. It would be a bit like firefight and you had to do a lot of waves fighting off the Viery Militia.

Entirely agree would be good to see the keepers in game eventually, but defintiely worth introducing them slowly maybe via terminals first

Small stylistic point: You could always use the spoilers tag (triangle with an exclamation mark in it, 4th from the end in the editing bar) E.g.

This works
