Campaign Dialogue in mission and during cutscenes

Whenever I play campaign the dialogue way too drowned out by the music or sound effects to the point i cant even hear the characters talk. Its really really annoying : (

I normally play with my xbox stereo headset and only have this problem on MCC. Last night I tried using my tv speakers and still the problem occurs. I use subtitles but this is unacceptable!

I’m not able to hear any character dialogue in cut scenes or out of them and am missing some sounds outside of that too like the warthog and other vehicle sound effects. Are you getting that too?

I had a similar problem last week. for me, ALL of the sound was missing. Dialogue, weapon sounds, everything. It only happened in Halo 4, though
