Campaign Cutscene Issue

Is anyone else encountering an issue where they can’t view any campaign cutscenes?

During gameplay the game shows a 2 second black screen and then skips to the next gameplay part, and after unlocking the cutscene for theater, selecting the cutscene just reloads the theater screen

I have not had that issue. That sucks to have that issue because the cutscenes are awesome.
