Trying to resume my campaign crashes the app on Halo 5. I have powecycled the device. This is level Fireteam Osiris Evacuation. It had previously crashed during gameplay after I died. The problem started right after that. Multiplayer appears to work fine.
Exact same thing happened to me with the Enemy Lines level!!! Died in the campaign on solo Legendary and now I cannot resume. Problem started after the last update.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not have an impact.

Died on fire team Osiris and it crashes every time I re open halo to resume campaign like wtf
We’ve been looking into issues surrounding Saved Games and Checkpoints in Campaign that can end a player’s session and bring them to the Xbox One Dashboard. This issue can be resolved by restarting the mission from the beginning.
