Campaign complete, Service Record error

Hi folks,

I tried looking for this issue amongst the mass of threads but couldn’t find it.

I finished the Campaign on Heroic today, however my Service Record (both in-game and on Halo Waypoint) says that Mission 8 is not yet complete. The achievements and Avatar Award did unlock however, so I’m not really sure what to do or if it’s just an issue with the Service Record right now, but in-game I noticed the others all updated immediately after completing the mission.

Anybody else having the same problem?

Thanks for any advice!

Also worth noting - when I go to select a Campaign mission, all of them are showing the Heroic option under “Highest Difficulty Completed”

seems like all the service records are out of whack. my mm games are completely incorrect however my campaign records are fine

I am having this problem too. I finished the game on Legendary and got the achievements but the service record says I am still on 7. I got the Avatar Award for beating it. But I also got the Not some recruit anymore achievement too but did not get the Award for that one. I hope there is a fix for this soon.
