I understand that 343 Industries is working hard on Halo Infinite, however seeing as Halo MCC’s Multiplayer has crossplay, it only makes sense that campaign should be too. I have friends who play on Xbox One and friends who play on Steam. it is disappointing that we cannot play together unless one of us spends $300+ to purchase a console/PC to play through the campaign with one another. It also makes acquiring some of the campaign achievements which require multiple players, such as Annual (Halo 3), Deja Vu (Halo 3: ODST) and more. It would bring many more players to the game if they could experience campaign with their friends.

Wish granted the MCC already supports cross play campaign for Halo 3 and ODST. Knock yourself out on those achievements.
Have to wait for the rest of the titles to support it.

Any idea when the rest of the campaigns will be added? My son has been begging me to play with him but I just cant do controller anymore for fps haha

They haven’t given an update yet, but I am willing to wager at least one more title will support it when the November update drops. Don’t take this as truth and is purely my speculation.

while sadly they have not given any idea as to when they’ll add crossplay, I’m pretty sure that you can plug your keyboard/mouse into your son’s Xbox if you don’t like playing controller
Agreed, I hope this is a feature/mode we get in the game sooner rather than later!
