This came up in the top left corner of the screen when starting the second level on halo 4 campaign;
The rest of the screen was black and i got stuck like that, so i had to restart the game
Yes, I can confirm that you are not alone. I received this error once I started the 2nd mission as well, after completing the 1st mission. It might be worth noting that Halo 4 legendary was the 1st campaign I attempted to play in MCC. Also, when this error was displayed, I could still hear the background audio from the 2nd mission, so it appeared to be running, just under a black screen with that error in the top-left corner.
Happened to me too. I just quit and started the second mission.
