Campaign [and firefight] options that would be nice in Halo4

I think 343i should take advantage of custom options in not just multiplayer, but in campaign [coop and firefight] as well.

Yet I don’t want simple skulls or something. I think we should be able to change a lot in Campaign, options never before seen in Halo, perhaps not even in other games as well. So here’s some ideas I think we can all agree would be A+ awesome!

1-Skulls of all kinds: Not just the ones we know from Halo before. Not just the new ones. Yet double the list of skulls including a “Custom skull option”. New skulls could include skulls that make everyone carry heavy weapons, or ones that make people carry close range weapons

2-What enemies are on a map. Being able to literally pick which enemies will appear and how they will react

3-% of enemies: Able to pick the % of the original amount of enemies on a map. From 25% to 500%

4-% of allies [look above]

5-Ability to create start points [such as Halo3 or Halo Reach]. Would be unlocked when a level was complete, Each map would have 3 openings [which can be placed anywhere!]

6-Player created level pictures. Simple option to create what picture shows up when you select a level

7-Starting weapon(s)

So basically a forgeable campaign?

Since the campaigns for Halo have always been an “experience”, I doubt we’ll do things like this. I feel like 343 would want the campaign to be experienced a certain way for a certain response

But why? Why limit a game that is known {or should be known} for it’s openness and sandbox design. Lets not make Halo 4 into a box with gray walls, instead lets make it a box that we can color and design ourselves.

Halo 4 needs to beat and destroy COD. Making it the same game with limited options will never do that. But making a game that it’s options alone outweigh a game will. Halo 4 needs to be Halo but needs to add change on a grander scale then before.
