How can i customize the camo for my weapons? like the snow camo.

As far as I know we can’t have skins for our weapons the only skinned weapons are liightrifle pulse for buying the LE console, assault rifle prime for buying the limited edition, and lastly the arctic battle rifle for pre-ordering at EB games/gamestop.

This is wrong.
Skinned weapons are available. Weapons such as DMR, Carbine, Boltshot, Energy pistol and so on have camos that can only be unlocked through specializations.
Google it.

Yeah I cannot pre-order the game because it is already out but thanks for the info.
By the time you reach level 130 you will have all the non-preorder bonus skins unlocked.
