Camo added to prophet's bane?

So I guess when you have it equipped you have permanant camo?

Is this why it was removed from truth? Extremely stupid.

Just enjoy the regular sword… and hope we get a ‘mythic’ slayer with all the epic weapons replacing the normal ones.

What’s stupid about it? It’s obviously too OP for an arena map with camo and it better do more than make you run faster if it’s a mythic weapon in warzone

I don’t mind the regular sword being on truth, but I think it should be located where the plasma caster is. They should have their places swapped. The plasma caster is more of a luck based weapon firing it through doors or into buildings/spamming nades whereas the sword can be a distinct advantage in the right hands.

Adding camo to it was stupid. it was fine on truth with its speed buff.

Guys the sword on truth still has the speed buff and range buff… smh

Edit: It literally acts identical to the beta, just skinned as regular sword. Maybe if people actually played the game instead of -Yoink- they would realize this.

The mythic weapons being rare and personalized weapons of a canon characters have special traits and appearances that distinguish them from their baseline models and the special buffs hold significance to there owners…

  • Prophet’s Bane - Arbiter Thel 'Vadam(ee), Active Camouflage. - Nornfang - Spartan-II Petty Officer, First Class Linda-058 (Pravdin), Damage Boost. - Oathsworn - Spartan-II Petty Officer, First Class Kelly-087 (Shaddock), Speed Boost.

It was removed from truth because of the active camo it gives to players, it would have been too powerful for normal gameplay. they had to make the prophet’s bane different from the other swords, so they made it even better.

Whispered Truth also adds the speed boost. Finally got to use it tonight but you don’t get a lot of ammo for it.
