Not sure I buy 343’s explanation.
They claim that Bobobo is the name of an internal development tool (which seems unlikely but I guess possible) and that the nameplate accidentally got named after the tool. Given the sheer volume of nameplates in the game what are the odds that the one that gets accidentally named after the development tool happens to be this one?
