Call Me Crazy

But I think it’d be neat to have a gametype like Call of Duty’s Gun Game, and Battlefield’s Gun Master. If you don’t know what these modes are, you have a set list of weapons, in which you need to get a kill (2 kills on BF) to advance to the next weapon. I’ve always wanted to see something similar done in Halo. Anyone else?

I believe a modded gametype exists.

While I do really like that idea, I’m very nostalgic about the “Call of Duty” aspect to it… Luckily I can overcome my nostalgia.

I would recommend that unlocking each weapon would require twice as many kills as the previous one, because a constant 2-points to upgrade would result in victory being instantly seized by the person who got the first kill.
