Cadence Enforcer - punishes players who fire too fast
Accuracy - decreases accuracy when fired too fast, DMR for example
Time - decreases rate of fire when the fired too fast, Beam Rifle for example
Damage - decreases damage when fires too fast, Not featured on any weapon yet
Effectiveness - damage increases when time is taken to use the weapon’s secondary fire, Plasma Pistol for example
Bloom is only one method of enforcing a cadence. Recoil can be used as well but that would fall under the time category but with the added punishment of having to adjust your aim if the recoil did not automatically reset.
Given the available options which method, if any, would you prefer?
