Hopefully this problem will be fixed in the update but if not, by deleting your browsing history (found under Tools-Internet Options), you can log back in and not be locked out. I don’t know if anyone discovered this, but if not, there’s a (hopefully temporary) solution.
Yeah, it has been a known bug for awhile. Do you have any trouble getting in using the new forum software?

I couldn’t help but think of the map Lockout…
Anyway, even that didn’t work for me. No matter what I did, the site refused to work. I recently switched ISPs though and now halo.xbox.com works flawlessly all the time.
