Well, I have been level 70 for about 2 weeks now, been patiently waiting for my email and I guess there will be no resends and there are no more emails going out.
I am truly disappointed in you 343. There will be 2 outcomes to this, either 1. you fix this and help your fans/community or 2. you don’t fix this and no one will ever trust you nor buy Halo 5 or any map packs coming up.
As a consumer, I have had to deal with multiple support services and companies, but I have never had this bad of an experience with a company. I have even had to deal with EA support and they were fantastic, it only took about 1-2 hours to fix my dilemma, but they got what I needed fixed.
I’m not angry, it just saddens me that you treat your customers this way and you will feel the sting from this in the future, I guarantee you that.

so let me get this straight halo reach people were saying bungie was terrible now its 343i and now were saying its terrible if people are complying so much why go back to bungie? 343i is doing good in the game just not with that one email thing personally i dont care because i have LE but were you playing halo 4 at 11:59 and then what ever the time zone was.

I don’t understand anything you just said. Bungie has always been great at games, I don’t consider Reach nor ODST an abomination. I have been playing before the 20th, since Nov. 7th and I live in the good old U.S.A.

I’m currently contacting support about this issue. If it can’t be resolved tonight then it won’t ever be resolved unless 343 actually does something.

Nope, it’s both their faults. 343i planned this from the get go and Microsoft let them do it. They are both at fault and both should handle this issue accordingly.

You mistake apathy on part. It’s not that i don’t care because i am being affected by this but to leave? I mean if it’s for best, do so until the situation improves. I just can’t find myself doing so.
Trust me, i’ve been posting all throughout the day (starting from this morning) about the issues on the codes and what not.

I can understand if the game has flaws, I can understand if 343 can’t fix all issues in a day. But I can NOT understand why 343 doesn’t have a support form, email, ticket, call system and I can’t believe that they could mess something as big as this up, they have had since November 20th to start this going and they have messed it up, Microsoft as well.
I am not playing Halo 4 nor supporting 343 until they fix this issue. If it isn’t fixed then I’m done with the Halo franchise altogether. I know it seems as if I am being irrational about this, but this is insulting to be treated this way. All I am asking for is a 25 digit code to allow me to level up past 70 and they can’t even do that.
I really do hope this gets resolved for other players sake. Can understand that it may be a bit discouraging, but leveling should not be the only reason people play.
