Anyone else playing reach and ditching halo 5 once reach becomes compatible?
I enjoyed Reach, but honestly feel Halo 5 is better overall. Though I will play through the campaign again.
Reaches customization is better when it comes to armor, and it has fire fight. Other than that, in my personal opinion, (you’re allowed to disagree with me, and we can still be friends) I think reach is the 2nd worst multiplayer over all. (To me the worst goes to h4 at it’s launch. After it updated, and how it plays in mcc, it’s not to bad at all.)
Halo Reach had a lot of features I liked and I’m differently going to be playing some customs with invasion, but… I could hardly stand playing the game 3 matches at a time after a year of playing the game. It’s base game play(how everything sort of felt) with the low for me in the Halo franchise

Halo reach’s social playlist is why I love it so much, but definitely has the best armor customization out of all the games
I may or may not be going back to finish going to max rank or get that storm armor effect thing
No way. Having way too much fun with H5. There is a lot more to come. Just remember you said that because we dont want to see you on H5 again.
I’m up for more Reach, at least it has proper BTB maps and not just Forge maps (yes, I know Reach has a good portion of Forge maps but they aren’t the only maps like H5).

Isn’t it cute how people hate on a game and then once they find something else to hate on the first game becomes amazing all of a sudden? People HATED Reach with a passion, it “killed Halo” and now it’s a classic that we should look to for inspiration.
Well, considering Halo Reach is arguably one of the worst Halo games, and Halo 5 is the best one since Halo 3, no.

Always thought Reach was awful, I only played it for Firefight (which was kind of mediocre but still fun) and Invasion. Campaign was fun no doubt, but pretty terrible in terms of story. I couldn’t replay it. It’s the only Halo game I ever sold.
I prefer Halo MCC over 5 but have been playing 5 since its new and still feels a bit fresh. Got stale real fast though, happy I got Battlefront at release… Now I’m done with both (could easily play either of them with my friends) and have been giving another go at Alien: Isolation.
Reach was great, but no way.

I never hated Reach. Sure, I cussed it out a few times, but that is par for the course on all of the halo MM for me (Hated H3 more than reach though).
You make out that a few people agreeing with on how it stands compared to the previous games is a quantifiable, set in stone bench mark. Halo 5 is having its teething troubles just like Reach, just like 4 and just like the MCC.
Lol nope. That game is what started the whole split in the Halo community in the first place and I thought Halo 2 originally did.
I’m sure the Reach population will still be extremely low even once it becomes backward compatible. I’ve done everything there is to do in that game, not going back.
reach had many strengths, and it is my most played halo. but i still think it is the worst halo matchmaking to date
Not for the multiplayer, but for the endless customization and campaign yeah. Oh wait, it would take me forever to get all the armor in Halo Reach since I like to complete everything… So I don’t know actually… LOL
