This is my first time trying to make a purchase on this website… im trying to buy the halo 5 team REQ pack which it seems you cant do ingame… when trying to add card details its just keeps coming up that I need to check my postal code… im putting all the correct information in so what can I do?
I’ve gone onto xbox.com and my billing details are all correct but I dont understand… when I click on buy now why does it ask me for a card set of details? I mean why cant I select my current card? Even when I enter all the info its for the US because I HAVE to select a american state and so my postcode naurally doesnt work.
Hey OP, by any chance is Waypoint or Xbox.com set to US region at all? You might need to change that to your correct region so it re-directs you to the correct store. Bottom left of each page on Waypoint there is a little section where you can change that.Once you change, try seeing if you are able to buy after that
