I recently bought 3 silver req packs and a gold and got nothing from any of them. the transaction went through and when it went to open the pack if never opened. i restarted my game multiple times looked and still nothing… Yes 3 silvers and a gold isn’t much money but it’s just the principle that i got absolutely nothing from any of them. Any ideas for a fix or something?

OP’s it is possible that the req packs glitched and you did not see the opening sequence and contents, but if you have no packs to open, the items were added to your req inventory.

I’ve had the same experience back with the WZ pack.
I just bought a pack for 2.99 but I didn’t get a pack. I got the email confirming the payment went through but I’ve had zero items added to my collection, it showed the animation then stopped, and I don’t have a pack to open.
Hey everyone, this is a little more serious than this guys post, I purchased a 10x gold pack +3 free - upon looking into my open packs nothing appeared but an opening sound played, still nothing, so i simply thought the transaction hadn’t completed, i bought another 10x gold pack +3 free thinking the first one simply hadn’t worked. Now i am starting to think I spent £48 on absolutely nothing as still nothing is appearing in my open packs section. This is simply not one and I am concerned about the wearabouts of 1. my money, and least importantly 2. my gold packs
This is absurd, I just received confirmation that both transactions took place. I only wanted to spent £23.99 but spent the other £23.99 because i thought the other one failed. Not happy at all.
@Bliverz - generally when you hear the noise but nothing happens, you skip the opening animation of the packs but you will get get the items as they’re automatically dropped into your REQ collection. They came through eventually, but its just a bit misleading when they don’t appear instantly and I think that it may cause issues in the future when people think the transaction didn’t occur

Again I opened packs but didn’t get any REQs. I bought the 19.99$ for 9 gold packs and didn’t receive any packs whatsoever, but got charged for it.
And I bought another 19.99$ for 9 gold packs and didn’t get any. So now I’ve spent 39.98$ today plus tax and haven’t received a single gold pack.
I went on and bought 2 $30 req gold packs and it never gave me anything, I restarted the game and my xbox, still nothing
I bought x 3 gold and didn’t get anything despite the loading noise playing.I checked my collection and nothing was added/unlocked.
I bought 9 gold packs and received no new items in my inventory, or any packs in my open packs, i reset the game and xbox and still nothing… 
Hey folks, try hard resetting your consoles and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there
