I recently bought gold req packs for 44,99€ and 14,99€ and got nothing from any of them. the transaction went through and when it went to open the pack if never opened. i restarted my game multiple times looked and still nothing. 60€ is much money. Any ideas for a fix or something?
I bought two $30 req packs and they never showed up in my unopened pack space
Same baught a 10 pack for 39.95 AU nothing recieved except the bill from ms!
Exactly the same for me, took payment but to deliverd the reqs…
Just bought 2 sets of REQ packs for £15.99 each and received none of them. Just the REQ opening noise on a loop. 343 had better address this or else I feel scammed.
Same for me, just bought the $19.99 one and got nothing. Obviously a major widespread problem though, so hopefully we get a quick solution.

Hi there FOLKS, try hard resetting your consoles and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there

Yeah no luck not showing on way point, hard reset was a no go also

Nothing on waypoint, I keep checking there to no avail.
Well, not sure if anyone else is still having problems, but mine showed up a little while ago.
