buying req pack gold but getting nothing at all

so i brought 5 req gold pack but got nothing at all, what going on?

I just bought one, literally just before I got on here, and came to the forums for this very reason.

what the point buying them if we don’t get them but still get billed

Don’t buy gold until you have unlocked most of your common items.

Same here, three gold packs bought, credit card verification thingy went through and all. Then when the white loading thing went off on the packs, nothing happened, just a return to the REQ pack screen. No new items in my inventory or anything. Three REQ packs sans REQs.

Seems there is a problem with their servers or something since a lot of people are having trouble

I’ve been getting reqs and all I get are ghost and boost. I still don’t have a stands on my spartan :\
