I buy 3 hours ago still open packs is empty. I redownload and old REQ promo download I also never received also installed with No packs. Fix or reimburse NOW, please.

Packs always come out on a Monday at some point, so if you buy mid-week you’ll generally get your first pack on the next Monday. Glad it popped up for you now
