I was just thinking. If we all would buy the Champions Bundle DLC we will have the chance to play them more often. The Pit is returning a loved map in the Halo Community so this should be reason 1 why to buy the DLC. Secondly you will support the community and game so we can all enjoy the maps. Als vertigo looks nice too same for the armor etc.
The Bundle is also cheaper than buying everything seperate!

No, I don’t want to waste the hard drive space for a map I don’t like (Pit) and Vertigo is sort of cool, but I only want the Armour (Prefect mainly)

You don’t have to buy it just to support the community. I’m getting it mainly because there is so much content with it and some nice stuff I really want. Also Ricochet is going to be awesome!

Call me out, but 9 maps for $25 is a better deal than $10 for 2 maps and a bunch of bogus eye-candy. It’s serious nonsense that doesn’t make anyone better at the game.

Championship Bundle - $10
That’s $95. You take out our taxes it takes just to make money, than add extra taxes to the total price, and we are simply -yoinked- in the -yoink-.
These maps don’t even show up. I played back-2-back new maps a few nights ago, and found myself being lost. After owning them for a few months, it’s flat-out ridiculous I don’t know them.
Then you have to factor in the price it takes just to be online:

Plus the price you paid for your Xbox!

I’m getting it, but I really think they should have taken a different approach.
Even if the content (specifically stances and armor skins) was split as well, I would have rather seen (at least) two different packs:
Vertigo (the new map), Pitstop (The Pit), and another remade classic (Sanctuary?) - along with the gametype and a few of the stances, armor skins, etc.
??? (a new BTB map?), and one or two remade classic BTB maps from the past games, along with the rest of the stances, armor skins, and possible the Assault gametype.

Of course, its a “bundle” that comes with new armors, skins, stances, and maps. Who wouldn’t go for that, lol.
If they add permanent selection slots for each DLC map pack (one for Crimson, Majestic, Castle and then Championship) instead of one erratic rotating slot on 343’s whims, I might consider it.
So unless they do that, I am not buying another DLC Pack that I never get to play like I did when i pre-ordered the Limited Edition Boxed Set. I was thinking I’d get to play the map packs when I wanted to - not on 343’s whims. I will not make that mistake again for any 343 title.
This bundle certainly seem’s worth it for the price. 2 maps, new armour, new weapon skins, new stances!
I am really looking forward to this!
