I’ve been having this frustrating issue for a while. I have the Halo: MCC due to family sharing and everything had been going well. I was able to participate in the Halo 5 beta. After buying the game and finding out that I liked the Nightfall armor, I decided that I wanted to watch the series. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work for me. When I go through the Master Chief Collection menu to Halo: Nightfall and it redirects me through Halo Channel, it does not give me the option to click play for any of the Halo: Nightfall episodes. It instead says Buy Halo: Nightfall, and when I click that it sends me to an Xbox store page where I can install it. After I install it however, nothing change and it still gives me the Buy Halo: Nightfall button, again sending me back to the store page except now it says Installed.
Even after uninstalling the Nightfall add-on and the entire Halo Channel, it still doesn’t work. I tried downloading the PC Halo Channel app, and running it through the app leads me to a screen saying, “Sorry about that. The content you selected can’t be played at this time. Please retry or select some else from the guide”. After talking with Microsoft support believing it was an issue with the Xbox store or with Family Sharing, they told me that I would have better luck here. Anyone have a fix?

i was able to watch the 1st episode and then it said i have to buy nightfall even though it says i already own it what do i do???
Dont expect any help from 343. Ive had this issue for A YEAR. I have gotten NO HELP! 343 is the worst company i have ever witnessed.
