That makes me angry!
I buyed a goldpack But did Not get it
So i lost the 10000 req points
Is there anyway to get them back?
If it gave you an error when you went to open it then don’t worry you will still get your items. What happens is that the pack skips over the opening animation, but the items still get added to your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint to see your new items
I’ve had this done to me now 8 different times and no I didn’t get my reqs and I spent my own money to buy the packs I’m really angry this happened. I went to buy the 20.00 dollar gold pack and when I did it only gave me three of those packs when it was supposed to give me 6 more and I went and checked and I had nothing more then what the first three gave me. So I am very angry I wasted my own money on the game and for it to do something like that.
