Well look at this, Dead or Alive 5 is coming out in the Winter of 2012. What other game is coming out that that same time you might ask? Halo 4.
Here is something awesome that 343i could pull off.
Let Team Ninja use Nicole-458 again, and have them flesh out her story a little bit more.
In exchange, everybody who buys Dead or Alive 5 gets a code for Hayabusa armor in Halo 4.
As you can see, Ryu’s armor (mainly the helmet) is a bit different. This new suit can be made into a Hayabusa Mark II.
I would totally buy Dead or Alive 5 for this.
Also there could be more parts of the Hayabusa armor too. The knives seen in this screenshot would be perfect for a Utility piece.
Not buying another game I’m not going to play for a set of armor.

I don’t want to buy a game to get armor for another game, that is kind of stupid.
Why do I have to buy a different game to gain access to material in another game?
I don’t want DoA 5. I’m tired of promotional crap like that. I just want to be able to unlock stuff in-game instead of paying an extra $70 or buying a game I don’t want.
Hayabusa armour was a gift to Bungie, not 343, since Bungie let Team Ninja have one of their spartan in DoA.
No Hayabusa armour in Halo 4.

If it’s a DLC code then you can make a couple of bucks selling it on eBay.
Just because a dozen people might say “no” to this idea on a forum doesn’t mean that the general Halo population will say “no.”

Or we could just read her story on Halo Nation and YouTube. $70.00 saved. Seriously, I’m not paying a bunch of money on a game to learn the story of one character. 343 should steer clear of your marketing ideas.

It is a cool helmet but it was SOOOO Halo 3.

There is a is difference between Hayabusa and a weapon and ranking system.
I’ll buy Dead or Alive but not for the armor Oh i have other…interests. lol
