i buy the premium pass with 25 tier skip and it doesnt show it, i’m in tier 4 :c

Hopefully you get it up and runnning. Sorry to hear this happened. 
You have to apply the skips yourself.
When you buy the Bundle, it gives you enough tier skips to apply whenever you choose. You don’t have to spend any more Credits, they should already be in your boosts section of the Battle Pass.
in my boosts section, there is increase level and they put level up 200 credits, below that my current credits

I unfortunately can’t check right now - but I know when I bought the 25 Skip bundle, I accidentally bought a tier as I was confused too, I then figured out how to use the skips I bought, so I got to level 26 instead of level 25 due to my accidental purchase.
