I switched my RB to melee and the pressing down of the right thumb stick to activate equipment. The activation for equipment worked perfectly but if I was holding a drop shield and tried to use the RB to melee one of the bots it would activate the drop shield at close range rather than the melee. Only worked when holding the drop shield and checked several times and the RB was set for melee, not equipment activation. Anyone else run into this?

Were you using the tool on Xbox or were you on PC?
Umm the Technical preview is over. Best thing to do is report the issue on Halo Support page.
I was playing on series x when this happened. I realize the flight is over and never received the survey they talked about after the flight for input and the support page will not work(says access denied) each time I try to enter, being signed in or not. So I just left this message here. Maybe the support page needs support. Or maybe it’s just me, idk.
