A few days ago the buttons were all messed up. The grenade was on the left trigger and I think the only buttons that were right were reload, switch weapon, jump and melee but ground pound didn’t work.
I checked the settings every thing was fine.
I do use mapped buttons but only the Ingame was effected not the UI.
I also noticed that 2 grenades could be thrown at the same time. I’ve noticed this happen to me a few times as well.
I stayed and played the 1st time it happened but the 2nd time I didn’t want to pick up any unnecessary habits from a layout I don’t use so I didn’t want to really test any thing out too much.
