Has anyone else noticed that at the end of Halo 3 on the Master Chief Collection, Bungie’s thank you to the fans has been removed? I can’t find it anywhere in the MCC menu. Am I missing something or did they actually remove it because that’s really underhanded of them if they did. I get that 343 (along with other studios) made the MCC but Bungie made Halo 3 and they deserve to have the credit.
They didn’t remove it out of spite. All of the credits are out of the game for all for titles and can be viewed online.

I wouldn’t say it undermines the game. Those who played Halo 3 know who the real credit goes to. At least half the staff at 343 was Bungie during their Halo era

Only a small handful of folk from Bungie moved over when 343 started up, even less remain today
I think you guys are reading too much into this and trying to turn it into something weird and unnecessary. 343 obviously has nothing against Bungie. They’re the reason 343 even exists and they owe everything they have to Bungie. They’re not trying to undermine anything. It makes no sense and quite frankly it’s dumb to think they’d be petty and spiteful towards a game in their own franchise or the developers who built them such a lucrative franchise.
