Just sayin’ (:

Then go play one of the games they made.

Your complaining isn’t doing anything.

Again, this has nothing to do with 343. This is a Microsoft promotion. They are solely responsible for it.

The same studio gave us Reach, not just the ODST and the trilogy. Remember that.

The wait isn’t that bad…until i see no code for a week :P.

So everyone should just be quiet and keep getting shafted by greedy game devs?

Cool story bro.

Keep being a little sheep and defending 343 when you have no reason to.

while bungie never did a code thing like this they did CAP peoples progress for quite some time in reach.

They agreed to it. They are just as much at fault as microsoft it.

That’s a load of nonsense, they aren’t at fault for anything that they have no control over. MS is distributing the codes not 343, if MS stumbles then that’s on MS and no one else. Guilt by association is a horrible route to go for.

I never said everyone should keep quiet. I said to stop complaining. And seriously dude, you’re only making yourself look like a 12 year old.

And I’ll defend them because the gave us the damn game, because the now hold the franchise in their hands and because I damn well please.

Quit acting like you are entitled to everything under the sun.

Actually, there is reason to. 343 never said anybody would get any Specialization code. They did not even run this promotion.

This was a Microsoft promotion and Microsoft is solely responsible for it. 343 has nothing to do with this.

Read the bottom of this page, and it says clearly that “This offer is provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052.”

They agreed to it? They did not have to agree to anything. Microsoft is the publisher of the game and they can choose to market any aspect of the game in any way that they choose to do so.

Click here and read the fine print. This offer is provided by Microsoft Corporation.

I dont understand though , I spoke with microsoft and they said it was 343s promo. And if anyone didnt get thier code, that 343 would be responsible.

Unfortunately you got misinformation:

True, but when the cap was lifted it was automatically updated for everyone. Not some code -Yoink-.

By your definition, criticism = complaining. So, no one should criticize 343? In turn, you’re telling people to keep their mouth shut and just talk about how great 343 is, right? lol.

They gave us a beta. This game is no where near finished and has very many flaws. This whole “code” thing for unlocking the rest of the multiplayer is just one of them. If you don’t point out the faults and flaws this game has then the rest of the franchise is going to go downhill.

I believe I am entitled to the full multiplayer experience I payed 60 dollars for. Not a level 70 cap.

Funny how Bungie’s the be-all-end-all now, because it sure as hell didn’t stop people from throwing hissy fits about how terrible Reach was. And how ODST was a money-grab. And how 3 was a massive disappointment compared to 2. And how 2 had an atrocious campaign because we had to play as a different character and the ending sucked.

Come to think of it, it surely seems like Halo players have no idea what they want.

They are the game developers. <mark>It is their game</mark>. Microsoft is the publisher but they do not have to agree to lock features of <mark>their own game</mark>. But they did so anyway. They are just as guilty.

They have full rights to market the game, but not lock features of the game itself for promotional gain.

Anything that goes on in the game itself, LIKE THIS PROMOTION FOR INSTANCE, is agreed to by both parties.

We were talking about the code delays if I recall, 343 is not at fault for MS having problems and/or delays in emailing the codes on time.

As for locking content, while I personally would have had all Specs available at launch unlocking them at all is the natural effect of a level-up system.

I don’t think anyone but 343 would have
