343 RUINED MY FAVORITE FORGE ITEM!!! ive had so many memories in forge with fusion coils, they made maps hectic and awesome. the new coils dont even have a chain reaction you can punch one and not get killed??? i miss them already
Halo 2/3 Fusion Coils were awesome while Reach Fusion Coils kinda sucked.
Haven’t tested Halo 4 Fusion Coils yet.
It takes so long to make them explode, so there’s no point to use them against other players. Unless you have a grenade, I suppose.
lockout remake. sniper tower, shoot one the second one doesn’t explode… wtf
Not to mention their damage and blast radius is OP.
It explodes. That’s enough.
It seemed we had hit the bottom of the barrel of complaints, and that there were no more things anyone could possibly complain about.
It seems now we’re just getting started.
> It explodes. That’s enough.
No. It’s not.
man the FC are so garb
Grenade chain reactions have been long gone since Halo 3.
Now this?
Halo is becoming less interesting. On the bright side, you can still launch with the fusion coils if you have a vehicle…

… In that case, I must’ve been smoking something when 5 plasma grenades that were on the ground blew all around my sorry bee-hind in the middle of Spartan Ops or matchmaking.

*controllable grenade chain reactions
In Halo 3 and Reach, if you throw a grenade into a grenade pile, it doesn’t detonate it and if you shoot the grenades, it might work (often doesn’t), but if you melee a dropped grenade, then it triggers it.
IIRC
CE and Halo 2 had the best grenade piles. In Halo 2, you could melee the grenades closer and use them to BAW. In CE, you could detonate them with just about any explosive and the chain reaction effects were more longer lasting than they are in CEA’s new graphics.
