I am well aware that 343i is releasing Recon Armor to everybody but when, if ever, will they release the bungie chest plate for special players? I would love to have the exclusive armor.

No. It’s the only remaining thing that’s Bungie exclusive in Halo.
It would be pointless. 1. The game’s lifetime is coming to it’s true end. 2. It should be exclusive to Bungie. 3. As mentioned earlier, it causes FPS drop

The Bungie Flames caused no FPS drop on Bungie Day of 2010.

It still causes FPS drops like the incineration grenades & flamethrower do, with everyone using them, it can result in some messy consequences, Bungie Day was one day, people having them for a good few weeks and you will notice it tremendously.

Bungie actually said that was not a real issue. And the reason they said that because giving away the special chest piece was extremely difficult. They would have to force your nameplate to change to Bungie’s, and they did not want to force any changes on players. What they did on Bungie day was very temporary they did not want to modify the Database permanently.

It still causes FPS issues, on top of how hard it was to force on players.
I think it should be released to the people who got the Vidmaster achievements.

I dont think they should. Bungie should keep it and just play Halo 3 from time to time so players can be graced with their presence
I think that they should give out the Flame Chest.
