I understand I probably can’t get a refund, but the price on the warzone req bundle didn’t display until I pressed on the payment confirmation. Yeah, I know, if it prompts asks for a payment type then I should have assumed it would cost something but this is the first time I’ve played this game since release month.
The main issue though is that I can’t see the pack anywhere. I go into open packs and it isn’t there.
Because of this error, is the refund likely? It didn’t mention a delay in the description so its ofcourse a faulty product.

Two packs have appeared. Surely the locked thread talking about two packs appearing every week for 7 weeks is outdated information, right?
In the description of the purchase it didn’t mention delays at all. If that was the legitimate way its done then a refund is due to a false description.
“Hey, can I buy that tv?”
“Sure thing, lemme take your money”
“Ok here you go. Where’s my tv?”
“Oh, you’ll get the remote in a week. Then the stand the week after that. Then the screen, and then we’ll slowly give you the rest of the tv.”
“What? No, you sold me a tv not separated products that I have to wait for.”
“Of course, you can get your money back for the false information!”
The REQ Bundles have always been 2 releases per week for 7 weeks, for a total of 14 packs. Here is the description from the microsoft store:

As for a refund, that is now impossible as you have begun redemption of the REQ packs offered by the code. So now you’ll just have to wait 7 weeks to get all your packs like everyone else who bought a Bundle.

Ehh, ok.
I didn’t see that ingame either. God I’m disappointed in myself for thinking it was free. I already have no money haha and probably won’t be playing it again for a long time anyway but I guess its one of those things.
