I have NEVER had so much trouble getting a kill in a Halo game! What in the world is going on?!

In any other Halo game, I’d usually score in second or first place, but in this game, it seems like my bullets are constantly in a bad mood, and they refuse to actually HIT any of my targets, so I’m usually in last.

In my first game of Halo 4, I scored first place, all my bullets were hitting, but now, I start shooting two seconds before someone else does, they kill me anyway!

At first I thought it was because of the weapons I was using (Carbine, Light Rifle) so I started using the DMR, and yet, I still felt like I was getting relentlessly cheated out of my kills. I’ve never uttered the word ‘bull***’ so much while playing a video game.

How can I be pretty good at other Halo games, but so god-awful-HORRIBLE at this one? I love everything in this game, I really do. But bullets not hitting my targets is quickly going to make me snap my disk in half.

This might be what some forum users on here have lately been referring to as “lag compensation”. Is it? Because I am flabbergasted by how often I feel I’m cheated.

Sounds laggy, because I still use weapons that aren’t hitscan (lightrifle, mostly) and I very rarely feel like I die when I shouldn’t.

Most people are experiencing server lag, causing everyone to suffer about a 1/3 of a second delay between pulling the trigger and shots fired. What you’re describing sounds like frustration with aiming? My recommendation would be to turn down your sensitivity. You’re not MLG pro for having your sensitivity on 10. I play with a sensitivity of 2, and it greatly increases accuracy with all guns, especially the DMR and Sniper Rifle.

Try unplugging your router, that worked for me when my games were lagging bullet wise.

Aiming really isn’t a problem for me. I play on 10 because it offers the most freedom, and I can aim fine with it. 10 is fine as long as you know how to touch the right analog and right trigger gently.

Also check your tv settings my brother has a 3d lg 50 inch and his bullets were missing and he had to switch the tv mode to gaming seemed to clear it up
