Bulletin's Descriptions of Rogue and Stalker

First and foremost, I recommend everyone on here to read the new bulletin that was just posted. Hopefully, the conclusion-jumping and misconceptions over Specializations can stop, for now anyways.

After reading the description of the Rogue’s Stability mod, I found that it does not actually state that it will prevent players from being un-scoped when shot. All it says is that players will be able to “flinch less when zoomed in and getting hit” and “keep aim on target.” This is unfortunately very vague, but I’m starting to think it has a different effect than preventing un-scopes. What that is, we can only speculate. I’m probably wrong though, but it’s still notable.

Even more unfortunate, the description for the Stalker’s Nemesis mod is also vague. However, if I understand it correctly, it seems that your killer’s last location will show up as an icon on your HUD. It’s also interesting that some players in playtesting used this information as a trap against its wielders, suggesting that the icon is fixed and does not follow your killer around the map. Again, I’m probably wrong about this, but these are only my speculations.

As these two mods seem to be the most useful of the bunch to myself and many of us, I just thought I’d provide my two cents on how they may actually work. Thoughts?

My two cents shall be thrown in. With Rogue you probably wont be un-scoped, but instead your crosshairs will move and your screen will obviously flash red. As for Stalker, from what I read and on IGN, it also marks the last person to shoot you. So, if you have multiple people shooting you its kind of pointless…

Can you reword what you said about Rogue?
