well, she did not really explain how the new grunts are still grunts, but that being said, i did not think they were a big deal to begin with
I HATE to say it but as always, just like on Bungie.net, mostly crap, and little valuable information. I wish they would actually give more details and stuff but “the world doesn’t revolve around me.”

“They see me trolling, they hating…” (playing right now over at 343i) ^^
I know they say 343i are making this game but it sure reminds me of Bungie during their last days then any new company. Updates with no updates, just a pick or two (thanks anyhow) and small hints of nothing, soon they’ll blow their cower by adding the usual “buy our DLC routine” too 
Truth to say, I rather have no weekly updates then weekly updates without info. They serve little or no purpose, such as explaining that the new design of enemies and other in-game objects are due to design and “high def” gameplay (720p at best, probably less), and that cannon could potentially make it happen (with some fantasy).
Useless updates, bloom, br spread, AAs, p2p network, troll the community, sure sounds like the rampant old Bungie crew to me ^^

Yeah, see, this is the same stuff Bungie did. We’re being given somewhere between -Yoink- and all for information, while making it all sound like a big deal. At least hint that we’ll be seeing stuff at E3 or something. I remember getting very annoyed with Bungie because of stuff like this.
Let me summarize the bulletin for you:
Grunts are in halo 4. We can’t say alot but rest assure they exist in the halo 4 universe.
