Bullet lag in Halo 5

What made halo 3 such a great game was the fact that you had to lead your shots when you were shooting at someone. Even in halo 2 you would have to lead your shots at long distances. I really hope that halo 5 will have something like this.

I’ve read a million threads over the years debating the virtues and vices of hitscan vs. projectile bullets. I have a preference for one over the other, but what I want more than anything is for them to pick one and stick with it. Same with sprint, or any other controversial mechanic of the game. I just want them to be consistent.
