bugs i have encountered

  1. I’ve noticed that every once in a while I check the Spartan hub and my Spartan’ armor is pink even though I have different colors selected
  2. sometimes my Spartan stops sprinting when I get shot
  3. I was playing slayer and I went the entire match with my motion tracker disabled, either that or my motion tracker was not visible, and I wasn’t playing breakout I was playing slayer. I only encountered this bug once but I’m afraid it will happen again

has these types of bugs ever happened to you guys ?

plus I don’t think you can start sprinting while you are getting shot

like the third one time the assault rifle ridicule dissappeared for the match

  • The Donut Glitch- I`m not sure if this is intended, it was in H4- Happened to me once during week 1
  1. The pink Spartan seems to mainly appear between games. I haven’t noticed it when I’m looking at it from the main menu.

  2. I get this a lot. It defeats the purpose of sprint as a strategy to escape. It may be like the above user said that you can’t start under fire. I’ll keep an eye out and see.

  3. It happened once on regret. I think my BR ADS glitched and I didn’t have my tracker for most of the match. ADSing again and dying didn’t seem to bring it back.

  4. Lag/Bullet sponging/magnetism/killcams and/or aim assists. I don’t get it but BR TTK is insane sometimes. I’ve also seen guys tank 6 bursts and wipe me in 3. I know something is wrong but not sure what exactly.

  5. Really inconsistent hit detection with the dash. I may not be using it right but more often than not it doesn’t seem to damage opponents.

  6. To a lesser degree the ground pound likewise seems to be a little odd with damage distribution and splash damage. The camera angle makes it hard to judge if I actually hit a guy on impact. Most of the time I can knock out their shield and bounce them high in the air.

Also a question or two: Is there an actual use for the spring’s slide mechanic? I’ve seen people use it maybe 5 times in 93 games. It can’t actually damage anyone right?

#2- it is intended to be this way. Another way sprint was balanced well with the rest of the game. Can’t run while getting pumped with bullets! so next time someone goes to run from you get the reticule on him and keep it on him and he will die like the coward he is! Haha

  1. if you cant sprint while being shot then it also beats the purpose of connecting the shields with sprint, I also notice that I’m not able to sprint for 3 sec after getting shot
  2. I feel that you have to be really accurate , but it only does the same damage as a regular melee
  3. maybe the br loses damage or accuracy at a longer range, in halo 4 I noticed the br does the same damage at any range and could compete with the dmr
    6.Maybe when the enemy is at full health they have to be in the reticle to instantly killed and if they’re near the reticle they’ll be affected by splash damage
    did you mean sprint’s slide mechanic, I mainly use to avoid fire when sprinting and get into cover, I also see it useful when using shotguns, lets just say you’re running with a shotgun and you see somebody, you run towards him and he shoots you, you’re one shot away from being killed, so you slide he misses the final shot and you shoot him and get the kill, I don’t think slide could hurt someone but you can shoot while sliding

so there is no reason to connect sprint with your shields if you’re going to stop when getting shot
