Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem for Halo 5: Guardians. Whenever I start a singleplayer campaign the game is completely buggy and freezes almost every 30 seconds. The game freezes during the animations and during the gameplay, the dialogue does not play and I can only read subtitles while teh screen is frozen. I was really looking forward to playing this game and would appreciate any help to solve this problem and if not maybe some kind of compensation or a refund. Thanks and please ask if you need any additional information to help me out. 
What have you tried to fix it?
Did you hard reset your Xbox?
Is your Xbox connected to Xbox Live, and do you have the most recent update?
Have you tried re-installing Halo 5?
I have restarted my xbox multiple times. I have updated my xbox and it is connected to xbox live. I have not tried much to fix it since I don’t know much about this. It is downloaded on a separated hardrive if it has anything yo do with it. Thanks.
