[This issue happened on MCC PC]
The terminal on Silent Cartographer is bugged. Was playing on co-op and my friend got the achievement for the terminal, but the cutscene didn’t play. I couldn’t acces the terminal either.

Ah, yes. This is an issue I have too. It even transferred to a few other terminals as well.
