So for whatever reason, my silver Halo 4 nameplate seems to be bugged. This nameplate requires that I beat par time an all Halo 4 levels, I have the achievement for this and I just played through the entire Halo 4 campaign on easy beating every par time and nothing. Is there a known cause and/or solution for this? It seems that each nameplate is specifically triggered by achievements or vice versa.

Same here and I have the achievement to prove it. I think it has to do with the leaderboards. I just checked my easy playthrough (my speed run) on there and the first 4 levels have no time posted.
Oh so this nameplate in particular is giving other people trouble, that’s good to hear that I’m not the only one. Hopefully this problem is fixed soon.
