I just finished every mission on legendary so I can get both achievements, for completing it legendary and for completing legendary solo, neither is registering and its stuck at 93% completed, I have checked each individual mission and they all say the highest difficulty completed is legendary, any known fixes for this?

Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox? If not, press and hold the power button on your console and let it reset. In most cases doing this works.
Other than that, I suggest you replay a level again and aee if that works.
I replayed the final mission (I assumed the final mission didn’t register because I was on score attack and the cutscenes dont play on score attack) resetting Xbox currently

Resetting didn’t work, still at 93%
This is due to a sync error between the game and the live servers over the achievements. Only thing you can try and do it find the level that isn’t registering as complete with the live servers (Impossible to narrow down you might have to re due the whole campaign).
Unfortunately if that doesn’t work you are out of luck and you’re going to have to wait for it to register on its own. This has been happening since the Xbox one first launched in 2013 and sometimes it takes a year for it to sync back up randomly. I sometimes get achievements for games I’ve played months ago
