I have been a die hard Halo fan and customer since the beginning. I have never had an issue until three weeks ago. My challenges became bugged and would not track. I spent money to try swapping them with challenge swaps. It didn’t work. I missed out on the Foxwood Seal armor coating ultimate reward. I have done all the cosmetic ultimate challenges but this is the one I really wanted. For three weeks Support has refused to help me. I have spent thousands between Haki 5 and the Infinite in game store. Not to mention all of the Halo consoles, controllers, collectors editions, promos, and other merchandise. Apparently even the biggest fans and customers are not valued at all. I can’t even have a real time conversation with anybody from 343. Support just keeps telling me they can’t make it right but that season 2 is now out and sending me instructions on how to play it. I have tweeted everyone from 343 as well and no response. Any other developer it would be a three minute chat and they would fix it in 30 seconds. I am so mad and frustrated to the point it is killing my love of the game and 343. I have been totally neglected and marginalized after all the time and money I’ve put into their franchise. This is totally unacceptable! I have stood up for the game and developer on social media in all the negativity! Halo is this close to being dead to me. I definitely am not valued as a fan and customer!
