*Bug* Req pack purchase bug

I purchased a gold req pack and didn’t receive it.

Steps to reproduce bug.

  1. Complete game as part of a fireteam.
  2. Purchase a req pack as the fireteam leader exits matchmaking.
    Game will enter load a screen, and your req points will be spent, but you will not have the req pack.

Similar problem, purchased req pack with money, never received it.

i purchased three gold packs and the warzone bundle and never received them, apparently after the req system went down this started happening?

any clue where id go to see about getting this fixed or to get a refund? because i payed for my 4 packs and still haven’t received them

Just purchsed the warzone req bundle and i had it preordered but nothing shows up,funny thing is they sure accepted payment.

I purchased twice the gold pack ,the first one i comtated by chat customer support and they refound me i tried to
buying it again and the same problem i contacted microsoft again and they only give u one refound per year in game currency and im still no receiving nothing we have to post this on Twitter or something

I purchased a gold req pack with real money and never got my pack but was charged all the same. What are they doing about this?

it gives you two packs a week for 7 weeks dude.

same thing just happened to me used real money to Buy a gold req pack, took the money and the game never gave me a gold pack :frowning: Microsoft support just said its a new game its probably a glitch and they can see the license on my account which i didn’t quite understand, they didnt give me refund and said wait 24 hours to see if it shows up, which i highly doubt it as you use it as soon as you purchase it. they didnt understand what req packs even where i had to explain to them -.-

Just happened to me. Clicked pay $2.99 and was taken to the card selection by Xbox, selected my card & confirmed, back to Halo 5 where the animation of the pack opening played but I was taken to the Req menu with nothing received. Checked my bank and I have been charged $2.99 from Microsoft . Something needs to be done about this immediately

Exact same thing happened to me, been over 24 hours too, no packs, just charged me $3.25 (5 times as I tried this 5 times, for a total of $16.25) with still no packs. This is very frustrating.

Yeah I just bought the 7+2 free req pack for twenty bucks and its not on there I’m pretty upset and would like someone to contact me

I’ve been charged 5 times for a 2 red from memories of reach. I bought two but it took for ever to open . When it did open after I got my stuff
And the second time it also took forever but it froze .and I dint get anything after I quit the game I had 5 of the reqs and only bought 2.
