Since a long time ago, the Brazilian Portuguese version of the game is with a bug. It’s not updating the rank on menu screen.
Even after you play the 10 games needed, it remains as you have not played anyone.

That’s not true at all😂 Being Portuguese myself I feel your issue, but since I play the game in English, I can tell you that there ar plenty of bugs in he English version. Plus, you are one complaint in an ocean of complains. Don’t expect anything to crazy out of 343
That bug is in most versions except the english one. I’m german and have that bug for like 2 months. I heard from a spanish guy that he also has it. A friend in germany has his console on english and no problem with the ranks there. In another thread I made about that topic a guy from 343 said they recognized the problem. Hope they really fix it someday.

I only can see my CSR rank in my service record or when it changed after a game. Maybe from SILVER 2 to SILVER 3 or whatever.

All non English ui’s have this issue. No word on a fix.

but it’s a plainly and annoying bug in the menu and that’s for over two months!

No, he’s right, if it was the english version not showing ranks it would be solved within the next update for sure, they just don’t give a -Yoink-.
And as customers we’re paying the same price as everyone else so we have the right to complain about it, has nothing to do with “just being salty”.

We pay even more because of our country taxes…
It’s a big bug and it’s there since almost 3 months, but as it’s not the English version, who cares? Right?

swiss same issue, since ghosts update, so pretty much 3 months, have been multiple posts and threads they dont seem to care.
on a side note a language setting for the game would be nice aswell since MS cant fix region/language lock even after almost 3 years… but i forgot, no other country speaks english except usa, nvm.
EDIT: OMFG after almost 3 years they decided to remove language lock in future, was announced at e3.

next xbox one update brings language independent from region

lol when you were writing that i decided to check the voting status on language lock and saw the post… i am happy they are at last fixing it but come on… 2.5 years?
